Crystal Globe Awardees
Thank you to everyone who joined us to honour our Crystal Globe Awardees, recognise our 2026 Women’s Tennis Scholarship recipients, and support the ongoing work of the Women’s Tennis Foundation.

We were also proud to award the Denis & Liz Tucker Scholarship to Jaimee Fourlis, recognising both Jaimee’s journey and Denis and Liz’s long-standing and valued support of the Women’s Tennis Foundation and women’s tennis.
Thank you to our Patron Judy Dalton AM, speakers, special guests, donors, Tennis Victoria volunteers and committee members whose support made the event such a success — to Daria Saville for the Crystal Globe presentation and Jaimee Fourlis, for also guiding us through the morning as our MC.

Billie Jean King Cup, Hobart 2025
The Culture Amp Australian Billie Jean King Cup team competed in from November 15-16, 2025, at Domain Tennis Centre in Hobart. Led by captain Nicole Pratt, the team included Kimberly Birrell, Maya Joint, Talia Gibson, Ellen Perez and Storm Hunter.
Australia faced Brazil and Portugal in the qualifiers, with each tie featuring two singles matches and one doubles match. The team aimed to secure a spot in the Billie Jean King Cup finals in Shenzhen, China in 2026. Birrell, shrugged off a valiant display from Nauhany Leme Da Silva, while Joint, after a rain delay saved a match point against Laura Pigossi to claim victory
Australia progressed to the 2026 qualifiers for the Billie Jean King Cup finals, after clinching the 2-0 victory to finish on top of their playoff group and secure qualification
President Nicole Pratt presented Talia Gibson with her Crystal Globe for representing Australia for the first time.
Australia will next compete in April in Australia as they aim to return to the Billie Jean King Cup Finals, set to be played in Shenzhen, China in 2026.
